Reading and sharing posts
You are welcome to read every article, checklist and mail column on this site, and to share links with family, friends or a WhatsApp group. Printing a single post for your own household use is fine. Republishing whole articles, reselling them, or feeding them into another publication is not.
Editorial, not professional advice
Posts describe how other people have handled downsizing, levies, small gardens or household admin. They are general notes, not legal, financial, medical or tax advice for your specific situation. Before you sign a lease, a village contract or a service agreement, check the documents themselves and speak to someone qualified to read them with you.
No accounts, sales or rankings
This site does not sell products, run sponsored rankings or operate accounts, bookings or payments. There is nothing to purchase here and no paid placement behind any post. The only form on the site is on the contact page, and it exists so readers can send a question for the mail column.
Reader questions
If you send a question through the contact form and it is selected for the mail column, it may be edited for length and clarity before publication. Your first name and province may appear alongside it. Questions that are not published are not answered individually, and sending one does not create any obligation on either side.
Limits of responsibility
We take care with what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that every detail stays current as levies, rules and municipal processes change. Decisions you take after reading a post remain your own. Finland Seniors is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content of this site.
Changes and legal contact
These terms may be updated as the blog develops, and the version published here is the one that applies. For any legal question about this page, write to
